How To Verify My Email Address?

Once you have registered an account, EASY TOPUP will send the verification link to your email address. By clicking the link, you can verify your email address. If you did not receive an email in your INBOX, please check it in the SPAM or JUNK Folder. You can also request the new verification link from your account page by clicking the Verify Email button.

How To Verify My Phone Number?

Once you have registered an account, EASY TOPUP will send the verification code to your phone number. You have to enter the code to verify your phone number. You can also request the new verification code from your account page by clicking the “Resend OTP” button.

How To View My Orders History?

Your orders history are always stored in your account. You can view the orders history by clicking the HISTORY TAB. To view the order details (status, products and history)

What Can I Do If A Top-up Is Sent To A Wrong Number?

All transactions are considered complete and final when a top-up reaches its destination. This is because a top-up can be used as soon as it arrives. For this reason, unfortunately, we can’t refund mistakes. It’s always a good idea to double-check the number you’re sending to.

If you didn’t received the top-up kindly make sure that you have entered a correct number that you can see in history also.
